Let's Face it
The thought of diving deep into your emotions and your body can feel incredibly overwhelming.
The influx of noise in the personal development space can feel claustrophobic, inauthentic, and not useful to you in your life.
Sometimes what is needed is a more personal, in depth approach to your inner landscape.
Maybe you don't have enough time in the day to focus on yourself, so you swipe past a few memes, or listen to a podcast, but you never actually take steps forward because you feel lost without accountability and guidance.
You might be wondering, "Where do I even begin with my healing journey?"
So maybe you choose to put more on your "to-do" list, because at least if someone validates you for your work it will give you little glimpses of fulfillment to trick you into believing it's all worth it.
But these patterns of overdoing, striving, and perfectionism have given you an impending feeling of doom and now anxiety has crept up behind you and feels like a massive shadow looming over you at all times.
Oh, and let's add in a pandemic to the mix so that your sense of safety, security, and identity has been ripped away in 2020 and you simply feel like life is only happening to you.
Or perhaps you are trying so very hard to be the dutiful and loving person that everybody wants you to be that you end up emotionally exhausted, drained, and resentful towards yourself, others, and at life itself.
Maybe it is hard to tell what's your shit and what is someone else's at this point.
Let's face it... 2020 is a shit show for a number of reasons.
But the collective call to adventure, the call for healing and growth is needed now more than ever.
Our patterns of collective wounding is being mirrored to us so heavily that it is overwhelming to be an adult in 2020.
Now is the time where healing of the individual is exactly what is being asked of us in order to heal the collective.
Chances are, you are exhausted and you feel as if you are not living a life that is deeply meaningful to you.
Maybe you are living the life that your parents, your significant other, or your culture expects from you.
Maybe you just haven't found the time to distinguish and name what you value, what you desire, and what lights your soul on fire.
The more you put it off, the more you feel like you have an enormous mountain to climb.
You feel like you're a victim to life and you're having trouble exhibiting any form of compassion towards not only yourself, but others.
I'm here to tell you, I've been there,
and it is never too late to do soul work.
Most importantly, you're
of a meaningful existence.

you knew when and how to say "no," without feeling guilty.
you had the tools to identify what you are feeling without judgement or overthinking

you felt supported, safe, and strong enough to confront the parts of yourself that you dislike and approach them from a place of compassion, grace, and understanding?

Born to Heal
The 12 week program that guides you through unlearning your adaptive patterns and behaviors from childhood, while sprinkling on compassion and grace as we relearn how to create and embody a new self honoring story for your life through an adult lens.
What if I told you that you are a complex being made up of many parts.
You have parts that desire perfection, you have parts that are bitchy, you have parts of you that are lovable...there is so much to you and your being.
It’s all about learning to become aware of and accept all of these parts of yourself.
Here's how we will do it :
1. We will methodically NAME your self-sabotaging patterns of behavior.
2. We will compassionately CONNECT and integrate them into your everyday life.
3. We will EMBODY. We learn to experience life as the versions of ourselves that we truly desire.
The Story of the Wounded Healer
I 100% know what it feels like to feel like a victim to life.
I know what it feels like to be living a life that feels cyclical, soulless, and self sacrificing.
The way I tried to cope with my inability to access and look at my feelings was with over exercising and an undiagnosed form of body dysmorphia.
I was a victim of an Inner Tyrant.
A part of myself was deemed lazy and unworthy if I wasn't performing.
But underneath all of those negative coping mechanisms was just a version of mySelf that was wanting to be listened to, wanting to express her feelings, and wanting to be acknowledged for who she was, without a mask of perfection.
The content in this course is the material I implemented throughout my personal “dark night of the soul."
It includes tools and skills to access your feelings and emotions, access and dialogue with the inner child, integrate forms of compassion, grace, and acceptance, as well as practices for embodied learning.

How long is the course?
12 weeks, but you have content access for life.
Hi friends, I'm Danielle. I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy turned integrative embodiment coach. I dedicate my life to mirroring, guiding, and walking individuals back to a life that is reflective of his or her soul's path.
I spent most of my life suppressing/repressing my needs, desires, and true passions for things and systems outside of myself. I got the degree, and felt unfulfilled, I had the relationship, again, unfulfilled, had the following, still unfulfilled.
It wasn't until I realized that until I stopped searching outside of myself, I would never feel a sense of fulfillment.
After a dark night of the soul, my previous business collapsing, and attaining a doctoral degree that left me feeling lifeless, I decided it was time to walk myself home.
The last few years of my life I have dedicated myself to unlearning what isn't mine, integrating what is, and stepping towards the life I desire.
Healing to me is about actively addressing your life with an "eyes open" compassionate approach.
It requires grace, surrender, acceptance, responsibility, devotion, and a true desire to change.
This isn't about rejecting the parts of you that you hate, it is about loving all of you, and allowing more space for you to exist.
It's about a more unconditional presence for yourself.
I have taken the steps thus far to walk towards and embody the life that represents more ease, more grace, and more connectedness to all of humanity.
Like I mentioned above, this path is a path you're going to be walking the rest of your life, it seems to me that we shouldn't be at odds with ourselves for the remainder of our time here.
After leaving physical therapy to pursue my true path, I have been working with individuals from all walks of life to becoming more embodied representations of the humans they truly want to be.
And I can't wait for YOU to be one of them!
