This program is developed to help you create intentions that are rooted in honor for the body and leave you with a deep sense of purpose around your movement practice.

I want you to know that you have a coaching staff that cares deeply about how you move and how you feel about your movement practice.

This isn't a "check the boxes' type of program.

 

AlphaFemme's Embodied Warrior program is designed for individuals who desire to bridge physiology with psychology.

The mind can so easily pull you back into habitual, obsessive thought and behavior.
It’s key to go back to the place deep inside, where the body does not lie.


The goal of The Embodied Warrior program is to reconnect the body and the mind.

We can misperceive the way we look, feel, and move our bodies.
This is where the body and embodiment can play a major role.

When the mind is under excessive obligation and/ or striving for attainment of unrealistic goals, it is easy to beat ourselves up in the process.

We are our harshest critics.

When clarity around your goals and your actions are established, the body can offer valuable information and wisdom to take advantage of the lessons in the present moment.

The intentional focus on mind-body awareness, the experience of the AlphaFemme coaching staff, the accessibility to coaches, and the tools/resources included to develop a sense of connection with self via your physical movement practice.

This program has changed my life. I used to be yo-yo with my workouts. I wanted results, but could never find anything sustainable or that I really enjoyed. Now, I look forward to my workout everyday. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been in my life, and I feel like a total badass!

Not only does Danielle program the best workouts with constantly varied movements, but I have 24hour support. Danielle also encourages me to dive deeper into my feelings to overcome any negative feelings attached to food, or body image, instead of just working on my physical body till I burn out.

WHAT YOU GET:

6 workouts/week including strength and aerobic capacity

Each workout will include warmup, strength and/or conditioning, demo videos, and a space to record your results and notes.

A de-load week between each 4 week cycle

Access to one Zoom call per month

Zoom calls include lectures discussing the relationship to training, nutrition, and deep relationship to self and others

Group call dates will be announced upon sign up

Weekly intentions, mindfulness practices, and tips to improve movement patterns.

At the beginning of each week a contemplative question will be posed as the intention of the week's training.

A 40 page Performance Care Encyclopedia that will address various movement deficits.

We will address joint and soft tissue issues and provide information on how to properly modify, scale, and rehab based on the issue.
